It was an honor to represent the Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) to speak about the value of integrated care. The connection between mind and body is obvious and I am so glad we were able to serve hundreds of clients, many of them of Chinese decent, resulting in prevention and successful early intervention of anxiety, depression, insomnia, family issues, giref and chronic diseases etc. At the end of the interview we had a few calls from the audience asking for resources and sharing the positive impact of psychological services to their lives. I wish them all the best and I"m grateful to be in the position to support people in their journey of healing and growth.
