Integrated Care - bringing mental health into primary care

This is a video we created at my previous job at AACI, a wonderful health center in San Jose, California. I developed and managed the program, treating our clients with a holistic approach as a team that consist of GPs, psychologists and peer partner. I continue to bring the integrated and holistic approach to my work with current individual and corporate clients. We cannot ignore the mind from the body and vice versa!
